Payments
All Innovative Solutions
Group items are priced in United States Dollars. Innovative Solutions Group
accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Personal checks and money orders are accepted on prepaid orders. Checks must be
drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. currency.
Paying by check
· Make checks payable to Innovative Solutions Group for the full amount, including shipping.
· Include a copy of your order confirmation and write your order number on the check.

Sales Tax Information
It is the policy of Innovative Solutions Group to charge applicable sales tax to all items delivered to California and Connecticut addresses. Innovative Solutions Group is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Additional verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Innovative Solutions Group reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notification if additional requested information is not provided in a timely manner.
Return Policy
Products that are
inoperable at first use are eligible for DOA return for up to 10 days from date
of invoice dependant on the manufacturers policy. Defective products must then
be returned directly to manufacturer. All products are backed by a standard
manufacturer warranty. Products returned for any reason other than DOA must be
in new, unopened, and resalable boxes. This means the outer box seal has not
been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened or re-taped are not
eligible for return. All returns must be complete including accessories,
cables, manuals, and software included in original shipment. Returns must
include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) obtained from customer
service. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. After the defective product
is received and verified it will be replaced. There will be a 10% restocking
fee on all non-defective returns. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable
under any circumstances.
We will do our very best to accommodate you in any way we can. We may be able
to accept opened products for return but we are bound by the manufacturers
policy on the items. Products will not be accepted without prior Customer
Service approval. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number please
call us at (203) 881-1160, x202 and we will be happy to assist you.
Please do not ask if we can just re-shrink wrap the product and re-sell it to
another customer. That practice is both illegal and immoral. How would you feel
if it was you that received the re-shrink wrapped item? All returned items are
returned to the manufacturer.
Typographical Errors
Innovative Solutions Group is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error Innovative Solutions Group will contact you via E-mail with the corrected pricing information.
Personal Information
Innovative Solutions Group retains your shipping information on file to speed orders by repeat customers. None of your information will ever be given to a 3rd party.
